Estimates
Estimates given from photos or descriptions are preliminary. A final flat-rate price is confirmed on site before any work begins, and you always approve it first.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are our best estimate. Emergency calls may shift a scheduled visit; we will always call you if that happens.
Warranty
Our workmanship is warrantied. Manufacturer warranties on parts and fixtures pass directly to you. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, freezing or unrelated failures.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept cash, check and major credit cards.
